Preswitch is a range of units for control and/or protection of electric pumps.

Within the Preswitch family, there exists a diverse array of units tailored for the control and/or protection of electric pumps, all unified by their utilization of modern technologies in conventional systems. Notably, the family excludes variable speed pump drivers, which are instead categorized under the VSD (Variable Speed Driver) family.

Presswater are electronic devices that replaced the traditional mechanical pressure switches to control the startup and stop of pumps. 

The primary advantages of this device lie in its integration into a single compact unit, which includes several key components: a pressure sensor for controlling the start pressure, a flow sensor to manage the stop pressure and prevent dry-running of the pump, a membrane providing elasticity to the hydraulic system to prevent frequent starts and stops due to water leakages, a check valve, easily adjustable starting pressure, and a pressure gauge.

Essentially, this device initiates pump operation when a faucet is opened within the system and halts pump activity when water consumption ceases.
